1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

Please note: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Timeframe

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and
destination of the items in the order.

At our company, we prioritize your shipping experience to ensure reliability and satisfaction. For international orders, we commit to delivering within 7–31 business days from the date of purchase.

Please note that delivery times may occasionally be extended due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, technical issues, or disruptions in the carrier’s logistics network.

 

3. Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address.
Montierre is not liable for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

4. Shipping Issues

If your package is lost or missing while in transit, please contact us at support@montierrestudio.com within 14 days of your expected delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue.

Please note:

1. Montierre is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
2. Delays caused by postal services or unforeseen events are outside our control.

5. Returns and Warranty

Returns Due to Change of Mind

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or used items for hygiene reasons.

Warranty Policy

Montierre offers a 14-day warranty for manufacturing defects.
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, providing photo or video evidence of the issue.

1. Customers cover return shipping initially.
2. If your claim is approved, we will reimburse return shipping and issue a replacement or full refund.
