Refund policy

We want you to love your piece. You have 14 days after your order is delivered to request a refund, for any reason.

To request a refund, contact us at support@montierrestudio.com with your order number. There's no need to send the item back — once your request is confirmed, we'll process your refund directly.

Exceptions
We do not offer refunds on:
- Sale items marked as final sale
- Gift cards

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If a piece arrived defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@montierrestudio.com with photos of the item and packaging within 14 days of delivery, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund. There's no need to return the damaged item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, exactly as described above — no need to return the item.

Note on Color
Our artwork is printed on demand, and colors may appear slightly different than on screen due to monitor calibration, lighting, and the texture of the print material. Small variations in hue or brightness between the digital image and the physical print are normal and not considered a defect.

Product Safety (GPSR)
In compliance with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), Oak Inc. and Sinden Ventures Limited ensure that all consumer products offered are safe and meet EU standards. Refunds
Once your refund is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take extra time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@montierrestudio.com.
